DOMESTIC SHIPPING DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All of our domestic orders are shipped through UPS.
Following credit authorization and verification, orders placed before 4:00pm PST will be shipped out the same day. We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Our fulfillment center is in East Hartford , Connecticut so if your shipping state is close to us, you may receive your order sooner.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday 9 A.M to 4:00P.M. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays.
Your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days if your shipping address is different from your billing address or if you provide the incorrect billing address. You will be contacted if additional information is required for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the USPS first scan to delivery day. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.
Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 4:00pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
(If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
Please do not reject delivery by our courier. If delivery is rejected, a return shipping fee will be applied to your refund.
PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
The Ultimate ShoeBar ships to most foreign countries. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the address and shipping destination is selected. Orders are packed Monday-Sunday, but are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
All international order will be shipped by USPS. Shipping transit time varies from 10 to 15 Business days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Ultimate ShoeBar cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. The Ultimate ShoeBar is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or give refunds. We offer store credit or equal exchange within 3 days. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Exchanges must include original packaging and will not be accepted without a receipt.
Products purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please complete the form below or Contact us to receive a return authorization number.
The Ultimate ShoeBar reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not fit the criteria listed above. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
